Indias' largest real estate developer DLF is poised to invest Rs.100,000 crore in Newtown and Dankuni in projects spanning IT,residential,hospitality and retail. Tower 1 of the group' first IT park in Rajarhat has been completed.The project has two more towers adding upto 1.3million sq ft. The second it park, comming up on 25 acres in action area 2 of Rajarhat,is a six towers project with 2.5million sq ft. of leasable area.It is billed to be ready by2009.Designed by Hafeez Contractor,the park will have nearly100.000 people working in three shifts.
